While reading a news article about families who were getting out of debt, one item kept coming to light. Almost all these people had student loan debt! This was bogging them down as they were trying to save money. Instead they had to throw their hard earned money at the student loan debt. If they had not taken student loan debt in the first place, then they would never be in this situation now. I am writing this to warn you now - Don't take student loan debt. Take a semester off and work and earn money and then continue school. Or if you do take student loan debt - BE very careful! Know exactly what you owe and don't let it pile up!!
